As we are a small independent brand, we hold limited stock to reduce waste and stay mindful of what our customers truly love.

Most orders are crafted and ready for dispatch within 1–2 business days.
If a specific scent or vessel colour is temporarily out of stock, production may take up to 4 working days.
You will be notified if your order requires extra time — thank you for your patience as we create something just for you.

For this reason, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges.
If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery and include a photo for review. We will be happy to assist you.
