Each candle is hand-poured with care, and we’re committed to providing a warm, personal experience — from the moment you place your order to the moment your candle is lit.

Products & Availability
Each candle is hand-poured to order. Due to the artisanal nature of our work, slight variations in colour, scent intensity, or finish may occur — this is part of the charm of handmade products.
Product availability is subject to change without notice.
Ordering & Payment
All prices are listed in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable.
Payment must be made in full at the time of ordering. Orders will only be processed once payment has been received.
LUNAS Refill Ritual
When your candle ends, the ritual doesn’t. Refill your elegant LUNAS vessel with a new scent — sustainably and soulfully.
How It Works:
1. Clean Your Vessel – Remove leftover wax and ensure it’s clean and undamaged.
2. Pick a Scent – Choose from our current fragrance collection.
3. Book a Refill – Email us at lunas.london.1@gmail.com
or message us via Instagram @lunas.london with your chosen scent and your original order name. We’ll confirm availability and send shipping details.
4. Ship It to Us – You cover return postage. We refill it with our signature soy wax.
5. Receive & Enjoy – Your refreshed candle returns in 2–3 working days.
Pricing £0.05/gram of wax + shipping both ways. Based on candle size.
